The Bose Panaray 402 Series IV is a full-range loudspeaker designed for sound reinforcement in permanent installations. It delivers high-output performances for indoor venues and outdoor spaces

The Bose® Panaray® 402® Series IV installed sound-reinforcement loudspeaker features a full-range-driver array, eliminating the need for tweeters and crossovers, to provide unsurpassed reliability and vocal clarity. The Articulated Array® design, with wide 120° x 60° coverage, can reduce the number of required loudspeakers, while the 73-Hz low-frequency range can eliminate the need for subwoofers, providing a cost-effective solution for many indoor or outdoor installed sound-reinforecement applications.

Building on 25 years from the original introduction, the popular Panaray® 402® sound-reinforcement loudspeakers have been updated to "Series IV" Models, with new installation options to further facilitate simple and versatile mounting.  Refinements to the model better suit indoor and outdoor installed applications, with less emphasis on portable usage.

Panaray installed sound-reinforcement loudspeakers feature full-range driver arrays, eliminating the need for tweeters and crossovers, to provide unsurpassed reliability and natural vocal clarity.  Additionally, Bose Articulated Array® designs provide wide, even coverage, which can reduce the number of loudspeakers required for many installations.

New loudspeaker EQ presets have been developed for the Panaray® 402® Series IV bringing improved mid/high tonal balance to the Panaray® series when used in wall-mounted applications.  Loudspeaker EQs are applied to Bose PowerMatch® amplifiers and ControlSpace® processors through selectable presets using ControlSpace® Designer software.
