The HP-V8 Vacuum Tube Headphone Amplifier from Fostex consists of toroidal power transformers, heater transformers, and a choke transformer. The Stabilized Tube-controlled Power Circuit (ST-PC) with KT88 tubes significantly reduces residual noise to achieve S/N ratio of 115 dB. It also features high anti-vibration rubber feet which isolate the chassis from the floor.
